The Ilocos Agriculture Resources  Research and Development Consortium (ILARRDEC) launched its 69^th FITS Center in Dingras, Ilocos Norte on July 1. The launching coincided with the State of the Municipality Address (SOMA) of the mayor Hon. Marynette R. Gamboa.

Gamboa, who is also advocating agricultural development in the municipality, expressed her  gratitude to the consortium for the support and assistance in the establishment of FITS  center in their town. She vowed her support to the center and the other activities of the Municipal Agriculture Office for the welfare and development of her townsfolk especially the farmers.  

Present during the launching were the Sangguniang Bayan members,  farmer leaders, and other local executives in the municipality. Representing the consortium were Dr. Stanley C. Malab, the Consortium Director and Mr. Leonardo T. Pascua, the Regional Techno Gabay Program (RTGP) Coordinator.
